Through our sustainable projects, we assist both our farm and outgrowers in adopting improved farming practices and obtaining vital certifications. Since our first organic certification in 2016, we have been at the forefront of major sustainable advancements, achieving certifications such as Organic NOP, JAS & EU, UTZ, and Rainforest Alliance. NOP Certification

The National Program(NOP) is the federal regulatory framework in the United States of America governing Organic food. It is also the name of USDA agricultural marketing service program responsible for administering and enforcing the regulatory framework. The core mission of the NOP is to protect performance USDA standards that contain Organic ingredients

The Key activities Of Nop are:

Maintain the organic operations and help new farmers to get certified,Develop Regulations,Managed national Allowed and Proohibted substances,Accredited certifier,Investigate alleged violation of the orgatnic standards and bring violators to justice

EU Organic regulation

European Union (EU) regulations on organic farming designed to offer a clear structure to producing organic goods across the EU. This is to satisfy consumer demand for trustworthy organic products whilst providing a fair marketplace for producers, distributors, and marketers. Building trust in organic farming In order for farmers to derive benefits from organic farming methods, consumers need to trust that the rules on organic production follow. Therefore, the EU maintains the following strict system of control and enforcement to guarantee that organics rules and regulations implemented properly. As organic farming is part of a larger supply chain that encompasses food processing, distribution, and retailing sectors, these are also subject to checks. Each EU member appoints control bodies or authorities to inspect operators in the organics food chain. Producers, distributors and marketers of organic products must register with their local control body before they allowed to market their food as organic

after they have been inspected and checked, they will be awarded a certificate to confirm that their products meet organic standards all operators are checked at least once a year to make sure that they are continuing to follow the rules. imported organic food is also subject to control procedures to guarantee that they have also been produced and shipped in accordance with organic principles.

JAS

The Japanese Agricultural Standards ( (Nihon N?rin Kikaku)) are standards for the agriculture industry maintained by the Japanese Government.

The JAS Standards for organic plants and organic processed foods of plant origin were established in 2000 on the basis with the Guidelines for the Production, Processing, Labelling and Marketing of Organically Produced Foods which were adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission.Operators certified by registered Japanese or overseas certifying bodies are able to attach the organic JAS logo to products that were produced or manufactured in accordance with relevant organic JAS Standards.

UTZ

UTZ Certified stands for sustainable farming and better opportunities for farmers, their families and our planet. The UTZ program enables farmers to learn better farming methods, improve working conditions and take better care of their children and the environment Through the UTZ-program farmers grow better crops, generate more income and create better opportunities while safeguarding the environment and securing the earth?s natural resources. Now and in the future.Strict requirements, close monitoring.

Coffee, cocoa and tea products do not get the UTZ label easily. The compliance with their strict requirements by UTZ certified farms and businesses, is closely monitored by independent third parties. These requirements include Good Agricultural Practices and farming management, safe and healthy working conditions, abolition of child labor and protection of the environment.

UTZ offers brands the possibility to track and trace the coffee, cocoa and tea, from the shelf in the store to the farmer. The UTZ logo on your product ensures that your favorite brand supports sustainable farming.

Starbucks C.A.F.E Practice

Coffee and Farmer Equity (C.A.F.E.) Practices evaluates, recognizes and rewards producers of high-quality sustainably grown coffee for Starbucks stores. C.A.F.E. Practices is a green coffee sourcing guideline with third-party evaluation. C.A.F.E. Practices seeks to ensure that Starbucks sources sustainably grown and processed coffee by evaluating the economic, social and environmental aspects of coffee production against a defined set of criteria, as detailed in the C.A.F.E. Practices Guidelines. Starbucks defines sustainability as an economically viable model that addresses the social and environmental needs of all the participants in the supply chain from farmer to consumer


Rainforest Alliance

Rainforest alliance comprehensive farm-management standards and traceability system help to ensure that products or components sourced for products bearing our green frog seal can be traced back to well-managed farms and/or farm groups that protect workers, wildlife, and communities.
